A private Healthcare company is seeking to fill a Medical Assistant position in Cardiology. This position will require applicants to prepare patients to see providers by collecting medical history, taking vital signs, and reviewing medications with patients. Medical Assistants will also be required to clean and stock rooms, answer patient calls, handle referrals, schedule new patient appointments, place physician orders, and document medical information electronically. New grads are welcome to apply. NextGen experience is a plus.
Applicants must have a medical assistant diploma, certification, or graduate transcript. Bilingual applicants in English/Spanish are strongly preferred. Previous NextGen experience is a plus.
